ANBON生物脫氮反應器
Anbon Bio-reactor is consist of two series connected reactors. The main tower removes the most nitrate from the wastewater with fast growing bacteria, while the secondary reactor further removes the remaining nitrates with slow growing bacterial. The A/O system set after Anbon Bio-reactor provides an advanced treatment and ensures the discharge reach the standards.
Anbon denitrification biology technology relies on Anbon bio-reactors and granular denitrification bacteria. The concentration of granular bacteria is as high as 30~40 g-SS/L. The system’s volume load during lab experiments reaches 70kg-N/(m3·d), while industrial volume load reaches 10kg-N/(m3·d). The nitrate removal rate reaches 90%.
性能指標
該工藝具有以下特點：
（1）裝置容積效能（néng）高，最高容（róng）積負荷（hé）達到70 kg-N/(m3·d)，是傳統反硝化工藝（0.5 kg-N/(m3·d)）的上百倍，總氮去除率高達（dá）98%；
（2）耐（nài）濃度衝擊負荷高，最高進水硝氮濃度可達2000 mg-N/L,約為傳統反硝化工藝（≦300 mg-N/L）的七倍；
（3）容（róng）積效能高，可大幅縮小（xiǎo）反應器體積，減（jiǎn）少占地麵（miàn）積，工（gōng）程投資（zī）小；
（4）運行費用（yòng）低，利用（yòng）自身產氣進行自攪拌，免用傳統反硝化（huà）所需的攪拌機/推流器；
（5）經濟性能優良，菌體以顆粒（lì）汙泥（ní）形態存在，可大大強化泥水分離效果，削減工程設備。
